ICF ASEAN Virtual Coaching Summit: Future-Ready ASEAN Coach: Strengthening & Building ASEAN's Coach

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) proudly announces the ICF ASEAN Virtual Coaching Summit, themed "Future-Ready ASEAN Coach: Strengthening & Building ASEAN's Coaches." Scheduled for November 11th – 14th, 2024, this premier virtual gathering is hosted collaboratively by the ICF chapters of Jakarta, Bangkok, Malaysia, and the Philippines, aiming to empower and connect coaches across ASEAN. This summit provides a crucial platform designed to address the evolving needs of coaching professionals within the region and to reinforce their pivotal role in shaping the future of ASEAN. The event is created to equip ASEAN coaches with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

 

"In this summit, we aim to elevate the skills and perspectives of ASEAN coaches, fostering a future-ready community that can respond effectively to the dynamic demands of our region," said M. Nur Fannie Prasetyo, President of ICF Jakarta Charter Chapter. "This collaborative effort among our ASEAN chapters demonstrates our commitment to advancing coaching standards and strengthening our professional community across borders."

 

Attendees can look forward to an engaging agenda that includes notable keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and insightful panel discussions.

Highlights include:

-          Day 1 hosted by ICF Jakarta, covering “Leadership in Coaching – Team Coaching to Navigate Change & Uncertainty.”

-          Day 2 hosted by ICF Malaysia, focusing on “Building a Coaching Business.”

-          Day 3 hosted by ICF Bangkok, featuring “Integrating Coaching for Organizational Development.”

-          Day 4 hosted by ICF Philippines, centered on “Strengthening ASEAN Coaches for a Future-Ready Community.”
