Associate Certified Coach (ACC)

Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential-holders are trained (60+ hours) and experienced (100+ hours) coaches. They have demonstrated knowledge and emerging proficiency in the application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching. Earners show a commitment to high ethical standards and have demonstrated, through rigorous assessment, professional competence in their work with clients.

Professional Certified Coach (PCC)

Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential-holders are trained (125+ hours), experienced (500+ hours) coaches. They have demonstrated knowledge and proficient application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching. Earners show a commitment to high ethical standards and have demonstrated, through rigorous assessment, competence in using a variety of behaviors and skills in their work with clients.

Master Certified Coach (MCC)

Credential-holders are highly trained (200+ hours) and experienced (2,500+ hours) coaches. They have demonstrated knowledge and highly proficient application of the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, and definition of coaching. Earners show a commitment to high ethical standards and have demonstrated, through rigorous assessment, a high degree of competence and fluency in a variety of skills in their work with clients.

Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC)

Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) credential-holders are trained and experienced coaches who have demonstrated advanced knowledge and skill in the specialized discipline of team coaching. ACTC earners must already hold a valid ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC), have completed at least 60 hours of advanced team coaching education, and have at least 5 team coaching engagements or 60+ hours of team coaching experience.

They have demonstrated their ability to work effectively with teams using a systems approach, applying ICF Core Competencies alongside the ICF Team Coaching Competencies. Earners show a commitment to ethical practice, collective development, and have successfully passed a performance evaluation of their team coaching skills.
