Abit's journey: After completing his education in Physical Engineering, he pursued a corporate career in the financial services sector, working in Corporate Finance, advising companies on funding sources, capital structuring, and investment decisions. 

In 2009, he decided to change careers and focus on becoming a private tax advisor, executive coach, and soft skills trainer in the areas of communication, behavioral design, and leadership skills. Then, in 2017, Iqbal decided to focus on becoming a full-time coach to continue to grow and help others achieve using his talents, interests, and values.

Iqbal also holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology, Learning Methods, and Assessment Centre Methods, in addition to nearly a thousand hours of professional coaching experience.

Iqbal is also an academic research associate in corporate psychology and communications themes, such as corporate culture, conflict management, and building learning agility teams
