Daisy a former Business Leader and seasoned Human Resources professional with a background in Psychology and more than 30 years of experience across both corporate and consulting environments. Her professional journey spans diverse industries including manufacturing, media, oil & gas, power and energy, O & M gas pipeline, and security services (“Badan Usaha Jasa Pengamanan”).
Throughout her professional journey, Daisy has worked closely with executives, boards of directors, managers, and professionals from multinational companies, local conglomerates, state-owned enterprises, and government institutions. She is known for combining strong business understanding with a people-centered leadership approach.
At the corporate level, Daisy previously served as Director within subsidiaries of PT Medco Energi Indonesia, including PT Mitra Energi Pelayaran, PT Mitra Energi Gas Sumatra, and PT Satria Raksa Buminusa. Her leadership experience gives her a practical understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership challenges, and the realities of managing people and performance in complex business environments.
Daisy is also a certified professional coach, holding the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Erickson Professional Coach (EPC) certification. Through coaching, she supports executives, board members, leaders, managers, and professionals in navigating leadership growth, career transitions, workplace challenges, burnout, wellbeing, and personal development.
Her coaching approach creates a reflective and supportive space for clients to build clarity, strengthen leadership presence, improve performance, and make more conscious career and life decisions.
Daisy believes that professional success should not come at the expense of wellbeing. She is passionate about helping individuals grow with greater clarity, balance, confidence, and purpose — both professionally and personally.
