Ellen Patricia is a professional coach and counselor, specialist consultant, as well as trainer and speaker who has facilitated more than 300 learning events in Indonesia and abroad. Ellen provides her professional services to both individuals and organizations, including the World Bank. Her clientele comes from Asia, Australia, Africa, Europe, and USA. Since 2018 until the pandemic started in March 2020, she had her own weekly TV talk show in Indonesia, titled “Emotional Health Talk”. Ellen holds a Master degree in Counseling and she is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Her skills in counseling is reflected in the award that she received in 2016, i.e. Heartline Award for the category of “Family Counselor”. Whereas her coaching skill is acknowledged by the World HRD Congress 2019 which awarded her the "Most Talented Coaching Leaders" recognition. She is also recognized as one of the "Women Super Achievers" in 7th World Women Leadership Congress in 2020. On top of that, her wide knowledge in parenting is recognised by the Ministry of Education & Culture of Indonesia which awarded one of her parenting articles in 2016. Ellen Patricia's passion is helping people to leap forward creatively. In 2009, she resigned from her position as a General Manager in one of the largest industrial estates in Indonesia and founded Busur Emas Foundation which focuses on coaching, counseling, and learning. She leads the foundation to partner with various international & national organizations. Participants of her various programs attest to her insightful facilitation. Through her reflection, she realizes that the essence of her work has not changed, i.e. “build creatively”. It is only the manifestation of that essence that has changed. Initially she built the physical environment creatively. Now, she builds up people, helping them to leap forward creatively.
