Wita is a certified transformative coach with extensive experience in coaching leaders from prominent companies in Indonesia. Her vast experience in coaching executives and leaders across various issues enables her to help clients gain new insights, find a clear path forward, and make the best decisions possible. As a mother to a special needs child, Wita's acumen in inclusive parenting enables her to empathize with individuals' diverse needs when providing parenting coaching.
Her coaching experience has led her to become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and hold Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC). She is also a certified Master Trainer of DDI's Targeted Selection® and Facilitating Certification Process. Wita holds a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Padjadjaran University.
She is an Associate Faculty Member at the Coaching Mentoring (CoMe) Institute and an Associate Consultant and Psychologist at several Leadership Development Consulting Firms. Previously, she worked as a full-time employee at Daya Dimensi Indonesia, Ernst & Young Business Risk Services, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and Nielsen Indonesia.
