I care deeply about helping you make sense of your life journey and purpose, especially in this world that feels increasingly complex and uncertain. My coaching style is shaped by more than 500 hours of practice and more than two decades of international humanitarian and project involvement across cultures, crises, and communities in Asia-Pacific, Africa and Europe. Those years taught me that clarity, reflection, and genuine human connection are not luxuries — they are essential for navigating change with integrity.
Throughout my coaching career, I have served executives and professionals from UN agencies, CSOs, SOEs, academia and private sector. I enjoy serving teams to shape strategy, structure, and culture. I’ve seen how shared value, collective strengths, and honest conversations can close gaps and spark meaningful, lasting change.
